Services for authors and schools

We can offer you printing or comprehensive solution for your publishing. We do specialize on impressions up to 2000 copies which we are able to produce at short notice. We also offer almost immediate reprints if needed.

Everything for your conference

We can offer you printing of Abstract Books/Conference proceedings for unmatched prices and deliver them wherever needed. We can produce advertisement posters, leaflets or any other prints needed for advertisement of your event as well.

Our services include:

Graphical services, arranging ISBN, printing and binding books, together with express delivery. In addition, we can offer your books on-line sale – we sign a contract with the Author (or owner of Author rights) and he will received commission for each copy ordered and paid on-line.

Services for young Authors:

We can offer you publishing of your book as a paperback with 48-400 pages already from 10 copies. If interested, your book can be published in standardized Librix format for advantageous prices (e.g. 10 copies, 100 pages for 1.8Eur per copy). Wa can also arrange ISBN and offer your book for on-line purchase.

Supported data formats:

The standard format for printing is .pdf. However, we accept files in MS Word (*.doc) or OpenOffice (*.odt) which we will convert to pdf and send you for corrections and approval. The inner content of the book must be supplied as one file.

Supported paper formats:

For orders under 100 copies, only standard A4 and A5 formats are supported. However, if your impression is higher, we are able to make other formats such as 5x8in, 6x9in, 7x10in or any other - the prices will be communicated with you on request.

Formats and types of cover

Our books are produced as paperbacks. Contact us for information or advice concerning graphical rendering of the cover. For orders up to 99 copies, the covers are produced using digital technology, from 100 copies using offset technology on glossy paper resulting in much more vivid colours.

Recommendation for your *.doc files format

Page setup – A4 (even if the final size is A5, we will rearrange the size before printing)!

For final A5 format:
Margins setup:
3 cm left, right and top
3.7 cm down
Page numbering 2.5-2.8 cm from the lower edge
Font size 11 pts (TimesNewRoman, Arial)

For final A4 format:
Margins setup:
2.7 cm left, right and top
3.5 cm down
Page numbering 2.3-2.6 cm from the lower edge
Font size 14 pts (TimesNewRoman, Arial)

Failure to meet these criteria may lead to longer printing times

Delivery

We use services of courier companies (DHL, PPL). The price of delivery is dependent on location and quantity, however we guarantee that it will NOT exceed € 99.90 (£69.90).
